1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Insera Labs website and the information and services offered through it. “Insera Labs”, “we”, and “us” mean Insera Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 92 687 784 247), a company based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. By using this site you agree to these Terms; if you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can use the site

This site is intended for pharmacy professionals, prospective partners, investors, and members of the public interested in our work. You agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt, probe, or misuse it, or attempt to access areas you're not authorized to reach — including the Insera Inventory client dashboard.

3. Our products & pilot program

Information about our machines — the Automated Deblistering Machine and roadmap products — is provided for general information. Specifications, timelines, and roadmap items are indicative and may change as our products develop.

Descriptions of how our machines perform — including calibration times, the pack formats they handle, pressure regulation, and tablet counting — describe how the equipment is designed to operate under normal conditions in development and pilot testing. They are statements about design intent and testing to date, not warranties or guarantees of the results you will see. Actual performance depends on the packs, medications, volumes, and workflow at your site. Statements about future products, pilots, launch dates, and pricing are forward-looking and may change.

All prices shown on this site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless we state otherwise, and are quoted per machine. Where we show a recommended retail price it is indicative and may change before general release; the price that applies to you is the one set out in the written quote or invoice we send you. We do not currently sell or ship outside Australia.

Participation in our pilot program is offered on a case-by-case basis and is governed by a separate written pilot agreement. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a warranty, or a binding commitment to supply a machine.

4. Insera Inventory

The Insera Inventory dashboard is available only to clients whose accounts we provision, and its use is subject to these Terms and any separate service agreement. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend access to protect the service or where these Terms are breached.

Stock counts, alerts, and days-of-cover figures in the dashboard are an operational aid derived from machine activity. They are not a dispensing record, a stocktake of record, or a substitute for the inventory and record-keeping obligations that apply to your pharmacy. You remain responsible for verifying stock before you rely on it.

5. Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, designs, logos, images, and the Insera Labs brand — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission. Our machines and their underlying designs are the subject of pending patent protection.

6. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it to understand what we collect and how we use it.

7. Disclaimers & liability

This website is provided “as is”. While we work to keep it accurate and available, we don't warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and information may be updated without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Third-party links

The site links to third-party sites — such as our LinkedIn page and the Macquarie University Incubator. We're not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't operate; visiting them is at your own discretion.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms as our products and obligations evolve; when we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction. Questions? Email info@inseralabs.com.
